I help SMEs take the step into AI without the complexity and risk that often comes with it.

I'm studying International Business Administration at Nyenrode Business University, a program that teaches me to think in terms of strategy, organization and value creation. Alongside my studies, I'm building Pallas Consulting, because I believe that business perspective is exactly what's missing from most AI projects.

What struck me: large corporations invest heavily in AI solutions, while SMEs are expected to do the same with a fraction of the resources, knowledge and time. Not because they have less ambition, but because the offering isn't built for them. That's why I founded Pallas Consulting.

My approach is business-driven: I always start with the problem and the business logic, not the technology. AI is a means, not an end. I look for the solution that truly fits how you work, and then build it myself.
